The purpose of this section is to provide information about my procedures for working on a project.
A minimum deposit is required for me to begin any design work. The deposit is typically half of the cost of the project. At the beginning of a project, I will send you a quote. You will keep this document as our contract. This allows both parties to feel comfortable sharing information and working on the design. A deposit may be required on each project presented for work.
If at any time you no longer need my services, the deposit will be forfieted to cover my design time. If at any time payment is not recieved for a project in a timely manner, the design work may not be utilized until full payment is made.
There are two methods of pricing, a per project flat price, and an hourly rate. If a project is given a flat price, It may include 3 different design concepts. Once we agree on a direction, I will revise the chosen design up to another 3 times. Excessive revisions may result in an hourly rate being applied.
I retain the right to display any designed materials in my portfolio. The design will be property of the client upon final payment.
